I found this fascinating quote today:
There’s a new park in Starkville, Mississippi and the surface is not wood chips, it’s rubber mulch. The new playground is located at the Starkville Sportsplex. The effort was a joint one between the city, the parks commission, and others in the community. They used donations and grant money to fund the project.
